Office Visits

New Patient Visit......$300

 A new patient visit is 90 minutes. During this time the provider will review your medical & family history, record medications and allergies, perform a physical exam, initiate diagnostic testing and create a care plan. Please come prepared with your personal & family medical history and medication & allergy lists.

Credit card information will be taken to secure an new patient appointment. No shows will be billed the full cost of the appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule a New Patient Visit within 24 hours of the scheduled visit time, will incur a $150 fee.

Follow-up Visit...............$135

A follow up visit is 45 minutes and will be a continuum of care based off of your previous care plan. Follow up visits are done every 6 - 12 weeks and can be done virtually.

Lab Draws & Injections

A lab draw or injection appointment is 15 minutes. These are not intended to be office visits. If you need an office visit to discuss or edit your plan of care, please let that be known at the time of scheduling. 

 

Lab Results

Labs results that can be communicated in 10 minutes or less do not have a fee and will be done via the patient portal or by phone. If the phone call is longer than 10 minutes, standard office visit fees will apply. 

 

* Review of large laboratory panels or multiple labs will be done as a standard office visit.  â€‹

IV Infusions

An IV infusion will take 30-60+ minutes depending on what type of infusion you are receiving. IV infusions are not considered office visits. If you need an office visit to discuss or edit your plan of care, please let that be known at the time of scheduling.

Note on Minnesota Statutes:

The state of Minnesota requires an in-person visit annually. If it has been longer than 12 months since your last in-person visit, we are not able to provide new prescriptions, prescription refills or order diagnostic testing.
